The short version

We collect the answers and contact details you choose to give us, use them to connect you with one licensed insurance agent, and protect them while we do it. We never sell your information. Not to lead vendors, not to call centers, not to anyone.

Who we are

Covered Nationwide ("we," "us") is a brand of Nelson's Health Consulting LLC, a Florida limited liability company, run by a private team of licensed insurance agents. This site, coverednationwide.com, helps individuals and families find out whether private health coverage may fit them, and connects them with a licensed insurance agent. We are not a government agency and we are not the Health Insurance Marketplace.

What we collect

When you answer the questions on this site, we collect what you provide:

Like most websites, we also receive some technical information automatically: IP address, browser and device type, and how you move through the site. Some of this comes through cookies and similar tools, described below.

How we use it

Who we share it with

We never sell your information. Your details are not inventory here. They are not sold, rented, auctioned, or traded to lead buyers, marketers, or call centers.

We share information only with:

Calls and texts

You only hear from us if you asked to. When you check the consent box and submit the form, you give Covered Nationwide, USHEALTH Advisors, LLC, and their licensed insurance agents written permission to call and text you about health coverage at the number you provided, including with automated dialing systems and prerecorded or artificial voice, even if your number is on a Do Not Call list. That consent is never a condition of buying anything.

You can withdraw it at any time: reply STOP to any text, tell the agent on any call, or email us. Reply HELP to a text for assistance. Message and data rates may apply.

Cookies and advertising

This site uses cookies and the Meta pixel, plus Meta's Conversions API, to understand how people find us and whether our ads are worth running. When you submit the form, we also send Meta hashed (scrambled) contact details so it can match the conversion to the right ad. We never send your answers. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and adjust how Meta personalizes ads in your Facebook ad preferences. The site still works if you block cookies.

Your choices

Email us at nelson@coverednationwide.com and we will tell you what we have about you, correct it, or delete it. We honor these requests for everyone, in every state, subject to records we are legally required to keep, such as proof of consent. We respond within 30 days.

Security and retention

Your information is encrypted in transit and stored in an access-controlled database. Only the people who need it to serve you can see it. We keep it while we are working with you and as long as insurance and consumer-protection rules require us to keep records, then we delete it.

Children

This site is for adults. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. A change never means we start selling your information. That part is permanent.
